As far as I know, there is no rule against changing coach for each Inter Selection, IS match.
However, the position of coach does require certain rules to be respected:

The position of coach is not an easy one to fill, as it requires good communication within the club to manage the fatigue caused by matches as effectively as possible and to avoid doing any harm to the clubs in the club.
