Hace 44hHello .
Looking at the instructions for my players, I noticed that there was a note and a small line underneath adding points.
Which instruction is the most interesting for this player?

Hace 44hThese are the points that the player lacks in the characteristic mentioned to have an optimal NG for the set point in question.

Hace 44hHow are you?
The line below simply tells you which characteristic you need to improve in order to play optimally in this set-up. In this player's case, I can see that he has a surplus in passing, so I'd opt to play in the normal set-up (because optimal score = 84.7) and short passing style of play so that he can benefit from a bonus!

Thanks for the answers.
I'm sure there are other options for exploiting a player's characteristics. That's exactly what I'm trying to understand.
But it's not necessarily easy.

Hace 44hFor example, the player you give as an example has 84.7 in NG for the MOC position in normal.
But if you play your team with a short passing style.
He'll have 84.7 + about 7... so 91.7 overall.
But you don't want the rest of your team to be in deficit if you play short passes!
It's all a bit of a calculation ;)
