Good day, I would like to know how do I increase my level from level 1 to level 4?

By registering 250 VF points. I think that 250 points still equal level 4. Those points are "accumulated" when you win a match or sometimes when you draw. The amount of points gained after the game is determined by the opponent's relative VF index and whether you won or drew (for win you get points equal to their VF index and I think that if you draw you get something like floor({their VF index}/2) points, so draw against team with index of 1 won't get you any points).
