I’ve just sold a 2M Staff, but it isn’t showing up in my financial statement. It does appear in my financial table, though. But it isn’t showing up in my credit balance – not even as 1M.

I’ve checked: the sale of Andrei Pivorovich was indeed credited this morning at 7.51 am. You received €2,000,000, minus €200,000 in agent’s fees (the ‘Agent’s fees’ row in the table), leaving a net total of €1,800,000.

If your balance hasn’t changed much, it’s because at the change of season, at 12.30 am last night, the contract for Yacine Moina – the young player you’d scouted – was signed and paid for: €3,000,001, the offer you had made on 20 September. This accounts for the −€3 million in the ‘Youth Academy’ line at the top of your screenshot. At the same time, the new season’s sponsors have paid you €1.9 million.

In total: +€1.8m (staff) + €1.9m (sponsors) − €3m (young player), which works out at approximately +€0.7m. Hence the impression that the sale hadn’t been accounted for.

Finally, the ‘History’ tab in the finances section is a statement taken every Sunday evening: the sale will appear there on Sunday.
