For quite some time now, I haven’t been able to understand why the production time has visually increased by an hour compared to the estimated time. This is making it difficult for me to monitor my production.
What’s more, I’d set all the machines to produce a slight surplus to avoid running short. That worked for a while, but for the last three days – without any change to the settings – I’ve been ending up with either a large surplus on some machines or a shortage on others.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There are two separate issues:

• The one-hour time difference is caused by the phone’s clock, which the app is not yet able to correct. Until the app is updated, enable ‘automatic date and time’ in your phone’s settings: your production has never been slowed down; it’s just the display that’s incorrect.
• Your warehouse is full (142,366 / 143,000). Purchases of materials are being rejected, and the machines are competing for the space that becomes available after sales. Pause the tanned leather presses and any surplus production lines (whistles, images) until space becomes available. Also keep an eye on the home kit: your three flock prints are using up more than you’re producing.
