52 days agoHello, with the new design of the instructions, you can no longer choose between ‘light’ and ‘normal’ for the offensive and defensive instructions.

52 days agoIt’s just like the SNCF – VF’s undergoing maintenance this summer 😁. I reckon the game’s switching to ‘agile’ mode, and it really is the right time for it – patience, patience.

Changing the instructions from one news item to the next will be more complicated

It reminds me of the AWP in CS, which isn’t a bad thing

Now we just need to work out how to get the dosages right.

52 days agoGiven how active Aymeric is in the game at the moment, we can hope that, if this is a bug, it will be sorted out before the Champions League kicks off; otherwise, it would be quite a tactical U-turn, as it would remove two options that are particularly interesting from a defensive perspective.

52 days ago+1
I already think we could add a few more guidelines and roles for the players to bring more variety to the matches (I was thinking, to name but a few, of a DFD/G role – 80% defence, 20% midfield – and an MDC – 75% midfield, 25% attack – but that’s beside the point)
The same goes for team tactics – why not ‘light’, ‘normal’ and ‘extreme’?
So if we lose such an important feature, it’s a bit of a shame 😅

51 days agoA new feature has been implemented
Defensive and offensive instructions now have an intensity ranging from 0 to 100 per cent.
Thanks, Aymeric – can’t wait to try this out. 😀

Great news – it adds some new variables. Brilliant!

51 days agoIt remains to be seen whether 100 per cent corresponds to the former ‘normal’ or to an ‘extreme’ mode mentioned above, and what the percentage for the ‘mild’ mode was.

75% almost normal
50% must be mild
25% very mild

In normal mode, there shouldn’t be a visible slider. That’s normal, isn’t it?

50 days agoI don’t agree. If you say:
‘He listened to me but he didn’t hear me’, that means he didn’t pay attention to what I was saying.
It means I spoke for nothing. In short, he doesn’t give a damn about me...
It’s not ‘hearing’ in the sense of hearing a sound; it’s ‘hearing’ in the sense of taking an interest in what was said.
