I do not understand why I am not able to promote a youth player to the first team. I have a few between 15-18 and I do not have the option with any of them to promote, even though they have been already in the 100% for a few days. My first team squad is small .Do you know the conditions that may influence/are required to accomplish to be able to promote a player?

It's because you have promoted one for 11 days. Y. Georgia
The promotion are limited in time.
You can promote each XXX days. (numbers of days depends on the level of your academy) It's around 20 days.
You have a countdown for the next promotion available :
Go in the Youth Academy, the top square in the right.

Another detail, a junior can stay in the youth academy until he's 24.
The more he gets promoted early, the more you will have to train him. (I mean less rating, more margin progression).

An advice to finish :
After each league game, you can give an interview.
Choose a TV channel you can earn some money. (not the newspaper !)

And you should build some seats in your stadium, and maybe update your TV rights to invest and get more money.
