Nevertheless, it would be a really good idea to add a feature (a "Resign" or "Decline the position" button) allowing a manager to eject himself from a coaching position.

At the moment, anyone can be appointed without their approval, and you're stuck if the chairman doesn't react. It would be great to have a system similar to the one that already exists for refusing to select one of your own players in the federation.
