4h agoHello everyone
A quick question about the promotion/recruitment subsidies:
- What do they represent?
- Where does the money for country visits go?
- Where does the money for rj recruitment go?
Thank you very much!

3h agoThe recruitment subsidy is your federation reimbursing a percentage of the cost of detecting and recruiting a manager.
Promotion is a sum that your federation pays to a manager when a junior from your nation graduates from a CDF.

3h agoAve.
Subsidies are paid to the clubs.
- recruitment subsidy: clubs that send their recruiter or go to scout in the country are reimbursed the percentage shown.
- promotion subsidy: clubs that promote a young player of their nationality (regardless of potential) receive the subsidy shown.
- selection subsidy: the clubs of players selected for association matches receive the subsidy in addition to the bonus after each match.
Please note that when there is no money left in the federation's coffers, the money will be withdrawn from the president's finances.

3h agoPerfect, thank you for your answers!
So how does a federation make money? Only by winning matches? What about donations?
It's a complex system, if I've understood correctly, because if we don't have any players in the Fede, we're going to increase the bonuses to attract managers to these countries and create a good pool of talent. But teams are not built overnight. So a president has to 'invest' his club's money to help his federation grow?

2h agoYour federation receives a bonus at the end of the season based on the number of points you win in 8 matches. If you win all 8 it can be as much as 24M.
Important point: even if you don't include a selection bonus, the game gives managers who loan out their internationals a basic bonus based on their NG.
Honestly, unless you're playing the fool and showering everyone with cash, it's hard to bankrupt a federation ^^.

2h agoAnd yet it's already happened several times with presidents who didn't know that their federation's finances weren't extensible... and some of them had a very sore wallet before they realised it.

1h agoBut how do you attract managers to federations?
Apart from exoticism, what other levers are available if the portfolio is limited?

Si ce n’est l’exotisme, quels sont les leviers disponibles si le portefeuille est limité ?
Love of country, after all!
