I'm currently going through a crisis trying to find a "decent" and "organised" coach.
I'm posting this here, for any newcomers who may be wondering what an "Agreement Selector" is.
Here's an explanation of the position of SELECTOR (the most complex position in an agreement).

First you go to Gestion->SÉLECTIONNEUR

"Compose a shortlist" -> this is the list of ALL the players from ALL the clubs in the association (your pool). Your own players, as coach, are not on the list because they will already be in your team for selection matches, so you don't need to call them up.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ you can't select more than 16 players. And no more than 3 players from the same team.
And when a selection is launched ([VALIDATE)], the players are available to you for 8 hours (I'll come back to this below).

When you make a selection of players, it takes a few minutes because you have to be attentive, that's the subtlety of being a coach ;)

When the check ✅️ is next to the name it means that the player is available but if it is ❌️ it means that the player is no longer available and you will have to remove him from the list and select another player.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ When you have a list of 16 players that suits you, DO NOT click ⛔️[VALIDATE]⛔️... because otherwise you'll be calling up the players at home for 8am even if there's no match.

SO when you have made a list afterwards you go to "Organise (InterSelection)".

You have a list of date and time... in red (with a calendar) it means that another selection wants to play at this time, so if you validate it will organize you a match with the selection. But you don't know the selection in advance

In green (the + sign) it means that the moment is free, so if you click, you'll be waiting for another selection to click on the same date and time.

We don't organise matches less than 4/5 beforehand. In other words, if I want to play on 15 December, for example, you have to make a selection and the match has to have been scheduled since at least 10 January to give the clubs at least 5 days to get organised if they have players selected... then on the 15th (the day of the match)... no more than 8 hours before the start of the match, you VALIDATE the list you've made and that will call the players into your team for 8 hours... be careful not to call them too early or they won't be there at the start of the match lol

You'll be using this a lot to send messages to clubs.

➡️POUR SUMMARY:
You make a list, you DO NOT VALIDATE (for the moment).
You check that all the players are selectable.
Go to "Organise", choose a date that suits you (at least 4/5 days later) ⚠️choisi a date when you are sure to be connected to manage matchs⚠️. When you have chosen your date, for example 15/12/2025 at 12:00.
Copy the link from the list as I showed you before.
You go to "Group message"... and you write that you're the coach and that you've made a selection list (you paste the link you copied earlier) and that you'd like the clubs to rest the players selected if possible. You also say that those who don't want their players to be selected should let you know so that you can replace them because you're going to organise a match on 15 December at 12 noon...
