As for the IE match "bug", I think Spoupou was right.
Max ACCEPTED a request that was lying around when the new season started (he couldn't do it before, we were at 100IE). There's nothing in the rules that forbids IE matches on Day 1. But it's true that, in theory, it's not possible to schedule them. The only way is if an agreement that doesn't have 100 IE has scheduled this IE last season (which was obviously the case for Max's opponent).
In this case, Max simply accepted a request when he was looking for a date. He simply took the opportunity.
Now, if that constitutes an offence, it would be a good idea to include it in the rules. To avoid any future problems, or until the bug has been fixed. The problem is not really what you said, but last season happened to bapts to take an ie for day 1 without doing on purpose and it was against an opponent who is currently in D2, the match was reported and deleted but we played that 99 match instead of 100.
There were originally 101 matches because it was accepted thereafter and since the removal of the surplus could not schedule the 100th.

PS: there were no matches available at 00:30 (I stayed until 2am on VF) the matches were scheduled after that (and especially once the agreements recovered from the bug at the beginning of the season).
