S'il n'y a aucune enchère, le vendeur peut demander à fermer le topic avant la date et l'heure de fin de l'enchère. À partir du moment où un acheteur a posté une enchère, le vendeur ne peut plus demander à clôturer le topic. S'il y a des enchères mais que le prix de vente n'est pas atteint, le vendeur n'est pas tenu de vendre le joueur et l'acheteur n'est pas tenu d'acheter le joueur.
