And I realize around the 50th, so I put an 11th player
And a few minutes later I find that another MD has joined the field
How do I get him out?

I have the same problem with Kenya... I have 12 players on the pitch and I can't do anything.

Same problems with Australia and Vietnam. Is there a pilot in the plane?

This is the game between central Africa and Algeria and for bug the Algerians had 12 players and for big also I had 10 players on the field but my team still also hold up a 0-1 defeat scoreline.
