I have this player in decline at 30 with 182pts of characteristics (91ng equivalent) but I don't know how many years he has left before retirement. As a result, I'm not sure about the price range, or minimum price in particular, for selling him on the open market. I want to stay within the rules.

For me it's simple, a range between 6M and 24M.
Here the age of regression doesn't matter, it's the actual age that comes into play. You don't have the information on retirement age.

Yes, I've looked at the tables and the thing is that for a player in regression, the remaining years are taken into account, table B, but the regression isn't taken into account given his age and the fact that his retirement hasn't been announced yet, as far as I understand, but that's not very honest given that he loses points if I have to classify him as a player in table A.

This kind of message ticks, but thank you for writing it. If the tables aren't up to date, which everyone knows and says they are. Why don't you update them?
And if you don't update them because you don't have the time, which I can well imagine, why are they still included in a rulebook that is now obsolete?

This player is an exception; it's rare for players to regress at the age of 30. Otherwise, the table is up to date. The price range leaves plenty of room for manoeuvre. So please don't try to generalise my previous message to all players.

Morten34: Ce joueur est une exception, c’est rare les joueurs qui régressent à 30 ans. Sinon, le tableau est à jour. La fourchette de prix laisse une grande liberté de manœuvre. Donc merci de ne pas chercher à généraliser à tous les joueurs mon précédent message.

Just to make sure I understand, you say morten that the tables are up to date. Have they been updated recently?
