Hello, during a match where we can't be present, are substitutions made automatically in the event of injury, or does the team continue with a reduced number of players?

It's a feature of the assistant for those who have bought the VIP. Never tried it though.

In my opinion, the most logical thing is for you to programme such and such a change of player at such and such a minute.
