I'm sending this message about how the application works on Iphone: I've downloaded/uninstalled the application several times, but it doesn't work. The screen keeps loading. I've put a screenshot of my phone below:

My phone seems to be up to date (iOs 18.2.1). Please tell me again if you have the same problem and if there is a solution. I apologise if I've made a duplicate topic.

Hello on iPhone too and I rarely have this problem, when it happens I close the app, wait 5 minutes and restart

Probably the wifi reception is NOT good

As far as I know, it's a connection or network fault.

It happens to me all the time, when I start the app I have to close it and then restart it

It happens to me all the time, just quit the application and relaunch it
