I'm not sure, but if I'm not talking bollocks in terms of experience, it makes absolutely no difference.

If I'm not wrong, it only speeds up their progression in youth academy. You can only promote players who have reached 100% progression.

Yea i admit i worded that poorly, as I meant in regards to their progression speed.

With that said, i assumed that was the case but I didn't really notice anything so I just wanted to ask to confirm
