I have this staff member #staff?sid=87771 who is 62 years old and still with me. Is this a bug or has the retirement age changed?

In France, the retirement age is 64 xD

To be precise, cremation is the incineration of corpses (a term used to bring a certain respect to human death, amha)... incineration = burning = reducing to ashes... so, yes, that's what games are all about... I don't want to be eaten by stupid bugs between 4 planks!
