During transfer negotiations between 2 clubs, we receive a message from the VF League entitled "Transfer: Response". There are 3 possible responses: accepted / refused / counter-proposal.

The bug is as follows:
in an exchange between a manager A who speaks language A and a manager B who speaks language B, manager A receives the VF League's response in language B.
To put it more simply, you receive the response in the language of the sender and not that of the receiver. (I'm talking about the 3 possible responses: accepted / rejected / counter-proposal)
