I've even reduced the size of my keyboard but still nothing.

What do you mean you can't see what you're writing?

The keyboard is too big. its cuting the area of type.
He also says that the text area is not responding to touches and not swipes down or up.

That's exactly it, yes, the typing area is invisible during typing. And when swiping up or down it doesn't react.
I've even reduced the size of the keyboard to the maximum possible but there's no effect.
