Hello,
One of my players got injured in training when I had just put him on rest mode, so he wasn't taking part in training.
Is there anything you can do?

Bad luck, I only drink syrup 🤣
Getting back to the injury
I think that as long as there is a training line ticked, even if as shown one day two are positioned on rest
The mdm considers that there is training
Confirmed by A45 or not
This means that the player could have been injured

No, because I have a player who doesn't train every day, and he doesn't take part in training when I rest him

At the same time, it's stupid to rest a player and do a training session
If you want to give a player a breather, don't start training straight away

So I'm penalising my other players in training?
The purpose of resting a player is to give him a break, but also to train his colleagues so that they can gain some experience.

Training sessions can be stored

Some players (let's target the over-25s, in general), don't play any more
With stamina becoming more important, sometimes you may also want an 'old' player not to tire himself out at training. Or even risk injury.
It's also a question of fitness management

Even if I personally find it unprofitable, it's totally understandable, it's not 'stupid'.

As for storing training, you do so at your own risk. If you're stockpiling and a young rider with a high coefficient gets injured, you won't want to stockpile for so little...

Injuries are caused by poor match management and physical fitness
Just take my example 😂

You have players who are almost 100% injured in training.
Soon they'll be hurting themselves in the canteen or in bed

In IRL football, the majority of injuries are contracted during training and physical preparation.
I consulted a UEFA report on this subject for the 2020-2021 season and it's in the region of 70-80% of injuries. Which is understandable given that players spend more time in training than in matches.
On VF, this ratio is almost completely reversed.

You can even take the almost out of your sentence ^^

To avoid starting a fruitless debate, could you return to the original subject, which is: How could a player who was resting (and therefore not training) injure himself during training... you have 3 hours 😅

I think he catch a flu. 🤧😷 VirtuaCovid.
Dont risk your team send him some rest...

Other players got jealous about his rest time and stepped on his feet.

Luckily it's not a case of Icardi Wanda, otherwise he would have ended the season. 😬😅
