I converted a player at the start of the season and I've just realised that he had a mark of 46.

Obviously, I can't remember what my player's potential was before the conversion, but one thing's for sure: he didn't have a potential of 46.

Can you tell me if there have been any changes in the conversion of players?
If still relevant: Potential = staff rating

Hello, it's still a possibility, as long as the player has been at your club long enough. If it's a recently bought player who is being converted, the level of the staff is much lower than the potential.

I've got the explanation now :-) I can't remember how old it was, but it was bought last season.

You need three full seasons, if I'm not being silly, to reach the staff level you want.

It's a good 160 days to have your maximum skill level (in relation to your pot)
