Plus 1 because they have taken a point because they are still young -1 because they are regressing because they are older

6 month agoHi, Every player has a different range of maturity, from 30 to 33, but once you reach that age the player regresses, which is normal.

6 month agoAlexis Junior: So what will I as for the -1
You can't do anything about it, it's the player's regression that does it.

6 month agoYou need to take the time to look at what we call the maturity range of your players. It varies depending on your players.
For your information, the start of this range generally begins between the ages of 21 and 24 and ends between the ages of 30 and 33.
Before the start of this range, your players will develop much more quickly, depending on what's known as the "progression coefficient" (which changes every season), until they reach 0 when you reach the famous range I mentioned earlier. As you can see, before this maturity phase, your players will quickly increase their skills, so they'll have a lot of +1s. Then, during the maturity phase, your players will increase their skills by around 3% during their training. They will therefore need around thirty days (and therefore training) to gain +1 on a skill. The +1s you'll see will therefore be rarer.
Finally, once this maturity range has been exceeded, even if they continue to gain points through training, your players will inevitably start to lose 1 skill point on a regular basis until they retire, which will eventually lead to a drop in your player's overall rating (it's up to you to find the right moment to potentially part with them and avoid too great a devaluation of their value on the transfer market)

6 month agoI'd like to add one small point to this very comprehensive summary: you can also keep your older players with high potential and convert them back into staff before they reach retirement age: if they have stayed long enough (something like 140 days), their staff rating will be equal to their potential as a player.
