I'd like to come back to what Aymeric said in the other voice, from what I understood, he said that it was possible to convert blind players to staff.
So I (over)paid a high-cost player, on purpose, who has already announced his retirement, but he doesn't appear on the conversion list (of course I was going to wait 150 days to do it, but I'm surprised he's not there)

i have just redone my staff with personnel trained to 90 points and I am very disappointed because my new physio only recovers 20 hours exactly the same as my old one 82 points so spending almost 10m to get the same result I find it very lame

A 'simple' idea for physiotherapists would be to have a recovery time that takes minutes into account. This would give us a bit more granularity and we could see recovery evolve a bit between two close staffs.

Valenciano the infirmary shows 20 hours but it's a rounded figure, each level of physiotherapy course brings a few minutes of recovery on the injury it's just not visible to the staff 84 it's about 19:35 (I don't remember exactly but it's not far) if you look at the time remaining before starting treatment and just after you'll have the exact time of the time gained during the session

... Spoupou. Which suggests that one more level of physio = 5 min of recovery time (at least when you're at that level). It's up to each player to decide whether or not it's worth dropping 10 million euros to gain 1 hour on an injury that lasts ten days or so.

When you look further than the end of your nose, yes, there is an advantage, as small as it may be, you just have to try and understand what advantage you are getting from it. For example, the time of return of a player who was injured, with all those extra minutes gained with a 90-minute staff, may allow the player to be fielded directly after the end of treatment, which may not be the case with an 80-pt staff
