7 month agoHi all, this season I find it sad compared to others, already following the reform of loans (or we can no longer exceed the number of players, I have fewer young people on loan, I have not even borrowed young either something I did for several seasons
In the league, I'm going up to Div 1 Picardie, which is going to be a tough season for me as I'm in 5th place, fighting with 2 other teams not to go down
The training of young people with the new system is also very sad. I preferred the old version and now I have the impression that my young people are no longer progressing
I'm continuing with perhaps the withdrawal from the Picardie championship
I've lacked desire since the start of the season, even with my team, I'm finding it hard to keep up, I'm less and less present
With other professional projects (photos, community manager) out of the game at the moment and some health worries, I'm trying to stay with you and I'm trying to have as much fun as when I started in 2008
So despite all that, you'll still have to put up with me for a while 🙂🙃🙂🙃

In short, when you return from loan, you must not exceed the 32-player quota, otherwise the player won't return until you have room for him
I had 12 young players on loan so I had to part with them even though I only exceeded the 32-player quota once, I took the option of not taking any risks

7 month agoAs far as loans are concerned, I'm sorry for you, but I think it makes sense.
Being able to loan out extra players when others are tightening their belts to stay at 32 gives you a considerable advantage (especially when it's players on loan to an experienced trainer).
As for the training sessions, it's true that it wasn't easy at first but in the end you get used to it, you can readjust the training all the time to balance things out and that's great.
There'll be better seasons, don't worry!

To avoid belts being tightened, the loan players should be counted as part of the loaning club's squad, don't you think?

7 month agoIf the change concerning loans dates back to last season and I haven't felt anything, then that's fine, normally..

7 month agogiljr: Si la modification concernant les prêts date de la saison dernière et que j’ai rien senti c’est que ça va, normalement…
The trick is to get in early enough before the loan expiry date, after which things take care of themselves

7 month agoAdd to that the increase in injuries, I've never had as many as this season - it was a real carnage, especially among my young trainees! But what really hurts is the creation of affinities, even if it's a good idea, it's completely killed the player market, whether it's for sale or on loan. Business was already on the up, but this is a bit like shooting the game in the foot!
