7 month agoHi everyone, I invite all Real Madrid fans to come and share Real Madrid's journey this season, is it already a bad start that Real Madrid is destabilizing?

I don't think he has much chance of making the 11 - he could come off the bench every time a win is confirmed.
Unless he plays the role of Real's benchwarmer like Joselu

6 month agoNot a fan of Real Madrid, far from it (in Spain I like both Athletic and La Real - yes I like two great rivals, Rayo, Las Palmas, Barça is also up there, even if I really dislike their presidents in recent times), but I think they have an unbalanced squad, especially now with injuries to Carvajal and Alaba. They didn't really need Mbappe and they still haven't adjusted to having him, yes he's scored a decent number of goals, but he doesn't press, doesn't help out much to defend and hadn't had a great game so far. Loosing Kroos is a big blow, he had been their most influential midfielder last season in my opinion and they uad a good mix with him and Valverde. That defense looked thin last season and now they lost Nacho who could play across back four, even if not the most exciting name on the team sheet. Now without Carvajal, they don't really have a natural right fullback (Vasquez is not an answer in my opinion), also there are question marks around their left fullbacks Mendy and Garcia. Bellingham had a great start to last season when he played attacking midfielder, sometimes even like forward, but this season he's asked to play deeper, and while I think he can be a good box to box midfielder, which he showed at Dortmund, but it isn't working. For me, that midfield doesn't really work, and even though they hadn't been exactly the dominant force last season, they are struggling much more to impose themselves now.
But, it's still early in the season and I wouldn't be surprised if Ancelotti comes up with another solution (similar to how he adapted to losing Benzema). With the pace they have upfront they could park the bus against big teams, just like against The Citizens last season, which might suit them if Mbappe learns to time his runs better and if their fans are ok with that strategy.

6 month agoi don't like Real, but I'm going to read what you have to say because if you have to choose between Barça and Madrid, you might as well go for Real! Otherwise, I prefer Atletico, but who knows why that club has fewer international fans?

6 month agoEvery season they're expected to win and every time they lose, the finger is pointed at them - you almost forget that in a game you can lose sometimes 😉
