The 1st half was rather dominated by the Swiss who multiplied the changes of players and tactical changes.
This gave them chances but no goal since, on the contrary, it was Brazil who opened the scoring at the end of the first half
The Swiss were not discouraged and continued to attack at the restart but Britto, once again, scored his second personal goal. The Swiss were knocked out and they were no longer able to worry Brazil, who qualified by managing their lead.

Goals: Obileye 4', McConville 60' and Rooney 77' and 82'
Obileye opened the scoring very quickly for England but the Gambians reacted very quickly by creating several chances. but the English are also very enterprising and Obileye continues to create a permanent danger for the Gambian defence.
The suspense remained at the beginning of the second half with chances on both sides but in the 60th minute McConville killed the game by doubling the score for the English. The first half was dominated by the Japanese who created several chances but the Paraguayan defence was on guard and was not really worried. The half-time whistle was whistled with a score of 0-0. The second half started at the same pace but this time Yasunichi was finally effective and opened the scoring on the hour mark. The Japanese reorganized themselves accordingly and the Paraguayans were unable to create the slightest chance. Japan finished the match by doubling the lead through Suzuta and would therefore see the semi-finals.

At the start of the second half, the English finally found the opening and organised themselves to manage this advantage. The Greeks seemed a little suffocated but threw their last strength into the battle for the last 10 minutes and they finally managed to create a chance in the 83rd minute and a second chance followed which hit the target. The Greeks had the merit of believing until the end and the English will have to resort to penalties to get the finalist ticket that they thought they had won.

Although the Japanese did not lose out, they were soundly beaten by England, whose striker Obileye was unstoppable, netting 3 times between the 30th and 60th minutes.
The 1st half was relatively even, but from the 30th minute onwards the Japanese began to fade away, picking up yellow cards all the while.
Despite several changes, the Japanese were unable to reverse the trend in the second half and it was the English who made a definitive break on the hour mark and then easily managed their lead.
England's victory is indisputable, even if the scoreline is a little harsh given the XGs, but with the irresistible Obileye, the English were unplayable.
