No, it's the price to pay to bring your player back, basically the price the guy paid to have him on loan. It would be too simple otherwise

Yeah if the game let us notice it would have made sense. This is not my fault. It’s my first time doing this. And it looked like a bug. By the way I tried several times after intervals. The first player there was like 5 minutes interval and the player later joined my squad in 30 minutes. The second player only arrived after 6 hours. So please tell me how this makes any sense to you ?
