Fellow breeders, please do not click on "release". I just tested it and it doesn't work.

The IS return blockages are cumulative with the Fede returns, it will be impossible to play our matches without our Fede players. And it is the fault of the 2 players I have blocked by the IS.

You can "release" the 2 players, they will go on loan to an inactive player while waiting for the clubs to which they belong to to regularize their squad which currently stands at 32 players.
