How can I run the summer tour event?

A priori, in the "event" tab. After, if you don't see it, maybe it's not available for a level 1.

Lebaygue said the essential: it's here #events?new but if you don't have anything you don't have access to it. I think I read that you had to be at least level 4 to access it.
