Hi. Transfer party. Loan player tab. The little arrow, you click on it. Note that if the loan is recent you will not be able to recall it, that there is a chance that you will have to pay for its return. And when you do it, it does not come back directly after having requested its recall, you have to wait a little (around half an hour I think)
