This arrow is indicated because this player is 23 years old and is within his maturity range, but he still has a progression coefficient of 14.4 this season. I promoted him last season at 22, and the game ensures that promoted players still have at least the current season and the following season in progression, regardless of the maturity range displayed. No major bug, but for the visibility of players in progression, it would be more interesting to set this progression arrow to the coefficient and not to the maturity range, if possible. Thank you!

It's not a mistake, it happens when the player releases the season just before the end of his progression, don't worry he takes the % he should ^^
