You should rather ask for paid players taking into account their wealth which will be displayed in the player tab and their fortune will be evaluated taking into account their salary per season

When I'm talking about players I'm talking about us who play this game so we can get paid £1M every day

there must be temporary aid program which like selling players for dair price and advising them how to profit.

We work hard to hold our clubs in our union with special fund and supporting them to keep up.
if something gived daily must be given to union banks. So in that way unions and federations may hold finance pools for new clubs and talents.

And yes there are many GAP between 10lvls and New clubs and New clubs facing them after 2 season. This makes unfair leagues or not ballanced league so new comers think that they need more time and stay away from the game.

What slows down new clubs the most is not the lack of money but the limitation of infrastructure depending on the level of the club. Les clubs historiques de VF n'ont pas connu cette limitation et c'est ce qui leur a permis de se développer rapidement outre le fait que ces infrastructures étaient également plus rentables.
