9 month agoHello, I would like to have a partner club to lend young players in exchange for money and/or experienced players. I read in the regulations that you could give money through the agreement. So I have a few questions to ask you to avoid getting banned... Is there a limit on the number of players loaned to the same club? Is there a limit on the amount of money that can be donated through the agreement? Is it really possible to sell a player to the club for 50M for example and transfer 50M via the agreement, making the transfer "free"? Can we make arrangements with the club to transfer staff via the list (by communicating by PM when we put them on the list for example)? Is there another way to transfer staff? I don't see any other questions at the moment, thanks for your help :)

9 month agoLjames: Bonjour,

9 month agoAnyone have any answers? In the regulations it speaks of "illegal transfer of money via the cartel", yet money transfers via the cartel seem authorized... In what cases can they be illegal?

9 month agoHello. To follow up on your PM, I'm responding here. You never know, it could be useful to others Loan limit to a club: 6 Money transfer limit to its agreement: the regulations have recently evolved. It is stated that the maximum donation limit towards its agreement is 100M per season (#community?rules). This is mentioned in cases of stopping the game, but hey, we can estimate that it can affect a wide range of cases. If your question was about a maximum limit in the case of a partnership, I don't think I saw a limit in the regulations. However, I like to think that treasurers must at all times be able to justify transfers in the direction Agreement => Member. So in the event of a disproportionate amount, be careful. In addition, the partnership tool with "point" remuneration is to be preferred: it is exempt from tax. During intra-agreement transfers, a tax applies (depending on the level of the clubs I believe) Selling a player for 50M via the agreement bank, then transferring to 0 in the VF module: I don't think this is authorized. This would disrupt the tools (estimates) and the transfer history. An admin will be better able to answer you but personally, I think that this is not authorized. On the other hand, what is authorized (I think) is to see a player possessed by a partner, to say to him "I like him, I'll take him from you when he's finished training". In the meantime, you pay for his training via the agreement bank, and the final purchase price can be deducted a little I think, while respecting the limits imposed by Morten's new table. For the transfer of staff, there is no other way than the one you mentioned. So I think it's completely allowed. On the other hand, no dispute is possible if the operation goes badly and the STAFF is intercepted by another club. However, what is completely prohibited is using STAFF to transfer money. Sincerely

9 month agoHi, thanks for your feedback! It's clear to me. Just for the transfer I was thinking of selling at a reasonable price (taking into account tables that were added recently) then "returning" the money via the agreement.
