Someone told me I needed a retiring player with 80 potential to convert to a staff.
But while I was about to co very him his skill level is 48.
Did I just waste money?

I also Got dimaria. Apparently he is a VF store player and he is not showing in the reconversion center. Should I wait? Or VF store players cannot be converted to staff?

VF store players cannot be converted into staff. For the first problem, I don't know.
