every player (new or otherwise) must read the rules :) no exceptions :
but for players from another country who are just starting out, I ALWAYS remind them of the rules and if they don't speak French, I write in their language (with a translator)
but I don't punish, punishments are someone else's job, if I were to do so it would be because the limit would have been exceeded :p

The English rules are fairly empty, and obviously this reference to the VFO bidding model to be respected does not appear. So it's complicated to criticise English speakers for not respecting the rules... which contain nothing on this subject..

michbou: chaque joueur (nouveau ou autre ) ce doit de lire le règlement :) pas d'exception :
mais pour les joueurs d'un autre pays qui débutent je fais TOUJOURS des rappels avec le règlement et si ils ne parlent pas Français j'écris dans leurs langues (avec un traducteur )
mais je ne sanctionne pas , les sanctions c'est quelqu'un d'autre , si cela venait a ce que je le fasse c'est que la limite aurais été dépassé :p
