100% doesn't really mean progress. Let's say it's a prerequisite for being able to leave the cdf.
But in itself, its characteristics won't be the same if you take it out between J1 of the season or J50. The same goes for his "current state of progression"

The best thing is not necessarily to take him out at 100%, so the longer he stays in my CDF, the more he learns.
