Hello everyone,
Following a message to the BUG admin, he advised me to post a message on the forum.
It's not the first time that I've rested my whole team to get rid of excess training, and unfortunately it's happened to me. You'll find the report below with a 14% loss of fitness while the whole team is rested.
Thank you and have a good day.

Even if there is a bug.
Putting everyone at rest and starting training or not doing it is the same thing.
So to avoid this type of mishap, just don't do the training

great advice Socrate, thank you.
I remind you that if you take a player (purchase or loan) you can not train.

It may not train at the moment if you have stock, but it will train normally once the stock has been used up, at a rate of one training session every 10 hours.
But if the option you've chosen is the best for you, carry on like that.

Explain to me how to train players if they lose their physique?
I'm sorry, I don't understand your reasoning, my aim is not to lose fitness.

Do it every 10 hours minimum
To lose 3% maximum, then whether you rest your players or not, you can do as you like.
But you did your training in a very short space of time. Knowing that you'd already had this bad experience in the past, according to you. In my opinion, you only have this option: never stock training sessions. And train your elderly every 24 hours, in the worst case scenario you'll "only" lose 3% at the most.
The resting option doesn't allow you to avoid losing fitness, and hasn't since the dawn of time

Doing a training session with your entire workforce at rest to clear your stock is like cutting off the tap water with a pair of scissors to save water.

The idea would be to space out 2 group training sessions of 10 hours to take 3% of physical losses each time, rather than stringing them together and taking 14% as shown on the screen.

Resting your players and starting your training sessions isn't optimal for either their physical condition or their progress. Their finished training still takes ~3% from each training session.
If you rest them for 7 training sessions, you'll miss out on 21% progress on 1 characteristic point.

And that's just for a player who's finished his training, but this reasoning is applicable and even more damaging for a young player in full training, some can have +100% per training session, and you can lose at least 8 points if that's the case...

That's basically what Socrates was trying to explain to you when he said "not training is the same as training with your squad rested".

Yes, thank you for the reminder and your answers.
So I'll tell you why I sent a reminder. Quite simply because I spoke to Michbou privately about it and I didn't want to bother everyone with this problem again.
From my point of view, there really is a bug, training rest = no loss of fitness for me
even if it's the 2nd training session of the day. I'm sorry, I don't set an alarm every 10 hours. Even though I love this game, I'm not online every day. So yes, training can be forgotten.
We don't know every facet of the game, we learn something new every day with your answers. (Your answers aren't in the training manual and I think that's a shame)
All the more so as yes as you said this is my second post, I am disappointed with the admins ( I know they have quite a few jobs ) but I would have liked them to give me the good word and be more understandable and not dubious about my words.

"A rested player can't lose fitness because he doesn't take part in training. On the other hand, the event made you lose 10% more physique."

A good way to find out when your last training session was is to go to the group training reports.

I seem to have seen another indicator, but I may have been hallucinating!

Lezi, a lot of the subtleties aren't in the manual, so everyone will have their own point of view. Personally, I think it's good that not everything is spelled out in detail and that you have to "gather information" by searching, experimenting, talking to other players and so on.

To get back to the 'bug', we won't necessarily have any answers, there are just a few of us explaining that to minimise the loss of fitness you need to space out your training sessions, beyond the reports, you have an idea of your last training session before clicking, at least on mobile you write it down on the main interface.

The way you play is your own business, of course, but here we're trying to explain and give you an alternative to your problem, which is certainly a recurring one, but you've acted with full knowledge of the facts. It's no secret that you lose a lot of physical strength because you're training too hard.

If you have any questions about different aspects of the game, there's a part of the "apprentice's house" forum where you'll find a kind soul who'll try to shed some light on your grey areas, but we can try to explain it over and over again, unfortunately we won't be able to understand for you how best to experience your gameplay.
