Hi, is it possible that financial journal is missing entries when someone leaves union?
Also, can the weekly fee be somehow reflected there? Somwhow we get less than expected from our members but cannot find out why.
Regards.

Hello,

I haven't join an union since a very long time, so as far as I remember:
Gilly : Hi, is it possible that financial journal is missing entries when someone leaves union?
Yes, I remember a member can leave after a period (30 days or a season) but if I am right when he leaves, its info disappeared from the financial journal.
(and on the sportive side, the union lose the points won via inter-union games by the leaving club)
nota : if he's hired by the president, no difference.
Gilly : Also, can the weekly fee be somehow reflected there ?
No, the weekly fees are fixed by the treasurer (or the president of course) on its panel, between 0 and 50 k$. This won't be affected in any way by a member who leave.
Gilly : Somwhow we get less than expected from our members but cannot find out why.
I have no idea, but are you aware of taxes ?
If I'm right it exists taxes when a member give a volunteer donation to the union (20, 25% I don't know).
So, if the union loan 10M$ to a member, this one should give 12M$ to put 10M$ in the union's bank.

I don't remember the tax system well, I can ask on the french part of the forum for more info.

EDIT : damned I wrote in the same time of aymeric45 (the game master) and my answer is a bit useless :/
By the way, the tax is 20%, I checked the manual : https://www.virtuafoot.com/#manual?page=21

Hi thank you. Maybe these are things that need work from devs. It is crucial to see what exactly went in and out the unions account.

Weekly fee not showing up its missing at financial journals. If there is a club which is bankrupt or in debt we must be checking it one by one... 😪

So one member now left our union and stole 3M loan. Because of the bug I described it isnt even in the financial journal anymore to prove it... This is very bad.
