Hello to the Vfienne family,

Season 148 will see two alliances merge.
On one side, Les Irréductibles Gaulois, led by El Pigeon, and on the other, La Menace du Nord Est, led by myself.

The idea behind this merger is very simple: we share exactly the same values and the same love for our alliances. We want to see them reach the very top of VF.
But without neglecting the camaraderie among members, mutual support, kindness, and mutual respect, regardless of one’s approach to the game.
Because yes, here at La Menace Gauloise, every member is welcome.
Want to play ‘chill’ without stressing out? No problem, Alliance 2 will be there to help you, train you, and so on...
Want to be the team’s star player? No problem, we’ll make room for you so you can show us your skills!

But be warned ⚠️ there’s plenty of fun here; we have a good laugh, and the Discord is lively for anyone who wants to join in.

El Pigeon has already lost a few feathers, and our La Menace manager has already lost outright to the Gaulois manager...

Family first! That’s what stands out most from our long discussions with El Pigeon. Keeping our identity was important.

Now we’re going to forge our own identity! That of La Menace Gauloise!!

We might finish 13th, 10th, or not at all...

But one thing is certain: from now on, we’ll be a force to be reckoned with! Because we’ll give EVERYTHING for our members, whether they’re young, seasoned, or a beast like El Pigeon or our two Monkeys.

La saison 148 verra 2 ententes fusionner.
D'un côté Les Irréductibles Gaulois présidé par El Pigeon, et de l'autre La Menace du Nord Est présidé par moi même.

Le principe de cette fusion est très simple, nous avons exactement les mêmes valeurs, le même amour pour nos ententes. L'envie de la voir au plus haut de VF.
Mais sans mettre de côté l'amour des membres, l'entraide, la bienveillance, et le respect mutuel peu importe sa vision du jeu.
Car oui ici à La Mena...

Now those are some bold decisions! Instead of grumbling about LR or CP, there are interesting projects like L7C or some well-planned mergers.
I can’t wait to see which ones dare to merge in threes 🤩.

The end of the season is drawing near; this message might be a bit long, but it’s written from the heart.

This marks the end of my time with ‘Entente de Coeur’, the group I started VF with back in 2007. I’ve got to know Lagarfeld, Pelican, Graoully, Sucette, Thierry and so, so many others.

I’ve always fought to keep the team amongst the top ones in VF, and unfortunately it was a struggle. I’d like to thank Thomes for keeping the team going during my long break from VF; he was always there for La Menace. So THANK YOU, my friend.

Thanks to my best mate Todijuv, who later took over the group with me to try and breathe new life into it, but it wasn’t enough.

Thanks to Bigtime and Harold for always supporting me, especially when I wanted to give up. Thank you so much, my friends.

Thanks to Pep for accepting my invitation to join La Menace; today you’re an important member and you’ve grown a lot as a person too.

Thanks to so many people – Jeremy, Pablo, Nevo – I’m sure I’m forgetting some…

It is with great sadness that La Menace is coming to an end, but as I said, La Menace is just a name; it’s us, the members, who give a group its identity.

I truly believe in this merger with IG, and I wanted to thank all the IG and NE members who are joining forces.

Thank you to El Pigeon for placing his trust in me, and thank you to the VF community for your messages; although we may play against one another one day, it is through mutual respect and a love of football, our clubs, our members and our friends that we play for the same passion.

Ciao La Menace du Nord Est, thank you for everything you’ve given me and for the friends I’ve made.
