I’ve completed my pre-season fitness programme and I have two players who joined 11 days ago who haven’t benefited from the +1 bonus. I thought you needed 7 days’ seniority – is that no longer the case? Does anyone know the exact rule?

The only exception is a player from your own CDF – if you take him off on Matchday 5, it will work.
