In principle, PDDs no longer exist.
But there's no point in abolishing them if, as in this case, the seller says that he will eventually sell below the PDV, which is his right.
The PDD can therefore be considered to be the price below which the seller will not go if the offer is below the PDV, because if the offer is below the PDV the seller is free not to accept it.
