I have a question about winning a championship title and leaving at the end of the season in the season in which the title is won.
Do you get the title even if you leave the championship? Or do you have to stay on D+1 to get the title and the rewards associated with it?

You get the title and qualification for the LDC in the case of a D1, no worries.
