I have made a change of position in my CF from DFD to DFC. My player has lost -1 of Pot, there is a small C that has appeared but I can't manage to put him in DFC.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I don't think you can. However, your player will already be trained in these positions when he leaves the cdf.

Yes, so basically your players will already be trained in this position when they leave the CDF, but you can't have them play in another position in your CDF.
