It’s a shame, because you’re doing very well – far better than others. All you need to do now is focus on your team and its development, without constantly looking at others or criticising a system that’s been in place for 15 years, and you might just become a team that’s both feared and highly regarded.

but that doesn’t stop me from giving my opinion on certain aspects of the system.
And the current system does need a few tweaks. Everyone is free to have their own opinion, just like you. We can disagree without any problem; the main thing is to remain respectful in our discussions

C'est dommage car tu te débrouilles très bien, nettement mieux que d'autres. Reste plus qu'à te concentrer sur ton entente et son développement, sans regarder continuellement les autres ou critiquer le système qui existe depuis 15 ans, et tu seras peut-être une entente redoutée et fortement appréciée.

You’re reacting to the presentation of his Entente, in which he makes no mention of any reorganisation, as you yourself point out; and even if he had, he’d be perfectly within his rights.
As for your suggestion to change the name, I find it a bit out of place and unfounded.
