In a match, you can see the opponent's collective instructions but not the contribution in points they represent. To see it, you have to be temporarily in the same set-up as your opponent and then 2 times out of 3 you get a terrible blow to your stats, which take 10 minutes to come back up.
It can't be very complicated to display the figure directly (since it's calculated and displayed on the opponent's screen).
Or maybe it's considered secret, why not, but in that case you don't display anything, but having to do this to get the information seems rather incongruous to me.

You can also do this before the start of the match, unless your opponent sets up all his team's parameters in the last 45 seconds of the match.

If that's not possible now, you can find out a lot about the instructions likely to be applied by analysing the opposing players. There are very few managers whose entire team can benefit from two or even three different instructions.

"There are very few managers whose entire team can benefit from two or even three different instructions."

I don't think that's the point at all :)

myforsans: "Rares sont les managers dont l'intégralité de l'équipe peut bénéficier de deux voire trois consignes différentes."

Je pense que ce n'est pas du tout ça le sujet :)

And yet it does.
Without knowing the exact value, you can get a pretty good idea of the points gained by each player depending on their profile and the instructions applied.

Personally, I think it's deliberate
When we talk about tactics, we're also talking about choices.
So you choose either to go and see and lose stats or not to go and see.
It's all about tactics 😐

Yeah, let's say so.

But, personally, I don't think it's intentional and that it's simply an oversight in the display settings, which wouldn't be too annoying if the slightest change in a player's tactics or position didn't electrocute your stats.

On the other hand, I know that changes do affect your stats, and in my opinion this is deliberate and highly questionable because it penalises clubs that are connected during matches compared to those that are not.
Now, that it's applied to avoid incessant tactical changes, that's fine, but for you to go through that just to find out the intensity of your opponents' tactical instructions, that's quite frankly an exaggeration.

I admit that it's strange to find that it's not necessary to register changes in setpoints for them to be taken into account.

Apart from validating - individually - the various defensive, offensive, attitude and aggression instructions (which is of little practical use in my opinion), I doubt the usefulness of the 'Save' button.

If anyone knows of another use for it, please let us know.
