Hello,
I expanded my stadium from 10k to 20k, but even though construction was completed yesterday morning, the stadium's capacity remained at 10k.

Is this a bug or have I missed something?

No bug, you just increased the capacity of your stadium from 10k to 20k, now you have to increase the real seats by increments of 1000, once you reach 20k you can increase the capacity from 20k to 30k and so on.
