I've already spoken to a few people about this, but the idea of selling our youngsters from the cdf (in Ireland this is the case, you can buy future stars from a very young age) would be a good idea in my opinion.
We can only release a maximum of 3 players per season, but we can recruit a maximum of 16.
I'm a scout and it's filled up quickly, plus I get my scouts to work, so it's filled up even more quickly.
As we can't take everyone out of the cdf and then with advancing age some go to the bin, a sale in the cdf would be beneficial for all (I'm talking about direct sale not auction).

2 eme point la.vente des staffs en direct avec un autre club ,ça éviterait qu'un membre de vf prennent un staff destiné a un membre de mon entente par exemple (le prix d'un million max ne changeait pas ) et du coup pour la proposition de vente des joueurs cdf mettre la meme option d'acheter directement a un membre

What would happen if a CFD8 or CFD9 club bought a youngster from a CFD10 club? Would the youngster's potential be adjusted, as is the case with detections?

I think it would be easy to do that, but given that it was released at a potential cdf level 10, for example, logic would dictate that it could be sold at that potential.
It could be that by cdf level too
