Once again, the topic about cheating, optimisation or other multiaccount issues has been quickly closed by an admin (the last one even more quickly by Mich). This is a recurring problem and I find it annoying not to have any official feedback from the admins or Aymeric on these subjects.

A report on the penalties imposed, the accounts deleted, the bans imposed, the financial penalties, the resetting of players who have benefited from optimisation... in short, a report to have more clarity on the scope of action of the VF administration.

When I see subjects as important as yesterday's being closed so quickly, I think it gives a bad image. And questions can be asked:

• What image does VF give to new subscribers?
• Is there zero impunity?
• Is there any leniency as long as you're a customer of the store?

I know that the work done by the admins is monstrous and I'm obviously not questioning it, but in my opinion silencing discussions is not the right way to go. Not knowing what's going on doesn't make you want to invest in VF.

Even if a topic is closed, nothing prevents admins from posting on it.
Whenever this type of topic is opened, things get out of hand very quickly, and penalties are imposed afterwards, with people knocking on the door to show mercy.

Also, to finish, the upstream work is hard, the work to put the sanctions in place is hard, if afterwards you also have to come and detail in length and breadth the managers sanctioned, the players deleted or retouched to put them at 15 NG etc ...

We're not going to ask you to list the millions of things you do.
But when there's a big coup, just tell the commu about it.

To see the sanctions that are applied, like when topics get out of hand (in the famous jex case, we don't even know who was actually punished).

However, A45 notified us that Jex had been penalised and that there was a dispute with him and PayPal regarding the VF store. His account has been permanently blocked.
What other information should or would you like to be notified of?
Personally, I have no problem with being totally transparent.

But here I'm taking the time to give you a recap of the sanctions and punishments, even though it's indicated under your message, the rules state the reasons and the scale applied.
It's not that you don't know who's been punished that's making you post your first message on this topic, it's just that the punishment isn't going down.
That's different and unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it. And we're getting away from Jul's original message and idea.

I don't understand why you're still asking about this story, the topic that was closed yesterday doesn't concern the same story or the same people.
And to come back to the question of this initial topic, generally when there's a big story or a big sanction, the "Communication from the administrative team" topic is updated, isn't it?

Posting the penalties and reasons on the notice board (where everyone can see) could serve as a lesson.
You appear sensitive when you close the topic. Let people vent their stress. I believe you have sufficient forum management experience. If there is a flagged post that provokes a reaction, you will already take care of it.
Sometimes, justice should be slow in forum or chat matters so that the scope, depth, and parties involved can be revealed.
Instead of written rules, I prefer rules embedded in the game.

I don't think that all the sanctions need to be detailed (planing players, small 1-week ban sanctions, etc.).
But for this summer's cases, such as Décibel/Jex/Teddy/Mezut, feedback on the sanctions is really appreciated. Aymeric had given information on the sanctions that would be imposed immediately (Jex's ban) and the risks that weighed on the LR without, however, communicating his final choice concerning the LR. We understood after the delay that LR1 had not been reset (and time was better), but no more information than that on the reasons.

I'm also hoping we'll get some feedback on the ongoing investigation into the multiple accounts linked to Redbull.
If there's a penalty for something like this, there should automatically be feedback from the admins to make it clear to everyone that there are penalties for cheating.

If there is a desire for sanctions to set an example, then clearly they must be published.
It is indeed essential that investigations be discreet and even secret, but I think it is normal that the final sanctions be public .... as in real life. Otherwise those targeted will always have the feeling of arbitrariness.
As for 'small' sanctions for 'small' cases, they should also be published, but not in detail, but anonymously and grouped together on a weekly or monthly basis, for example.
This would give a better idea of the importance of the admins' work and counteract the feeling some people have that they are surrounded by cheats against whom nothing is done.
