Well, I've never accepted such offers (and I sweat every time to make sure I'm right), but sometimes, as soon as we sell below the value of the paintings... We end up with offers of 50% that simply contradict the painting (and are therefore liable to a fine).

I don't know if this situation has already arisen, but what should I do? Contact a modo directly? And what happens after that, do you cancel the transfer + refund the funds, or do you have to wait for the person who sent the offer that was too low to validate the change?

Personally, I always try to chat with them and then I block the member so that he can't send me any more mp's but above all he can't make you any more crap offers.

Bon je n'ai jamais accepté de telles offres (et je transpire a chaque fois pour ne pas me tromper), mais par moment, dès qu'on vend en dessous de la valeur des tableaux... On se retrouve avec des offres a 50% qui sont tout bonnement en contradiction avec le tableau (et donc passible d'une amende)

Je ne sais pas si la situation a déjà été rencontrée mais que faire? Contacter directement un modo? Et derrière c'est quoi, annulation du transfert +remboursement des fonds, ou il faut atten...
